I am a huge lover of handmade things. I grew up wearing lots of handmade clothes that my grandma made. Super cute little short and halter top sets and pretty dresses. I have really grown to appreciate handmade things. When I looked at all the handmade items at Mummi Quilts, I fell so in love.I love everything on her website! Here are some of my favorites that I just HAD to show you :)

Now, on to the sweet baby blanket she sent for my new baby...

I received a lilac dimple minky backed with a white furry material. These materials are so soft and are perfect for delicate new baby skin. I absolutely love the combination and the soft baby colors. The stroller blanket is the perfect size for a newborn...I'd say it's a great size for their first 2 years and maybe longer. My (almost) 2 year old uses this a lot...it's so cuddly and soft!
The quality of this blanket is superb! It is a perfect square and has beautiful stitching. She made this blanket even more unique by adding a loop for attaching it to a car seat/stroller strap. This prevents the blanket from falling off of baby, onto the floor. I will also use this loop to attach toys for my baby to play with. Such a thoughtful idea that will lead to many uses, I'm sure!

These blankets are CUSTOM MADE!...you choose the colors! Mummi will even personalize your baby's blanket by adding a name! Unfortunately, I am having a very hard time picking a name for my baby girl or I would have asked her to do it for me. This is my fourth girl and I'm running out of names.
